The problem
A pre-seed AI infrastructure venture had a thesis around multi-agent orchestration for enterprise data, a founder, and the need to move from concept to a credible system in weeks rather than quarters. The shape of the work demanded a senior co-build partner, not a contracted dev shop.
The approach
We embedded with the founder from week one as a co-build partner — architecture, agent orchestration, enterprise MCP integration, and the founding-team product decisions. The engagement compressed the typical pre-seed build cycle by skipping the usual handoff layers.
The result
Concept to first working prototype in two weeks, hands on keyboard. The initial production system orchestrated 15 agents and ran against real enterprise data shapes — credible enough to anchor the next funding conversation.
